Last Saturday, WCN held its annual spring Wildlife Conservation Expo. This online event brought together conservationists and wildlife enthusiasts to connect and discuss the successes and challenges of protecting endangered wildlife, such as rhinos, around the globe. Markus Hofmeyr, Director of the Rhino Recovery Fund, and Hugo van der Westhuizen, Project Leader of the Gonarezhou Conservation Project, held an amazing presentation at Expo discussing the RRF’s main focus areas and a major operation to reintroduce black rhinos into Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe.
